While our columns will be open at all times to the discussion of matters of legitimate ptiblic interest, it will b s e clearly understood ihat we are in no %vay whatever identified with the views of oivr correspondents. All correspondence intended for insertion in this column must be accompanied by the real name of the ivriter, merely as a guarantee of good faith. In order to avpid future annoyance, we desire to state definitely ijiat, under no oirqum ■ stance whatever will aur Court reports be curtailed or withheld. Letters to the Editor mmt, be enclosed in an envelope and left at the office not later than 11 a.m. on the day preceding publication. No verbal communication will be held with correspondents in reference to their communications, as intimation of the acceptance or rejection of letters oan only be given in t%e regular way through the paper.
