Dr. Lowe, Medical Missionary in India, reports (December, 1865) : — •• 'l'hat in nearly every case of Cholera in which Dr. J. Coiiia Browne's Chlorodyne was administered, tho patient recovered." Extract from the Medical Times, January 12, 1866 : — "Clorodyne is prescribed by scores of orthodox medical practitioners. Of course, it would not thus be singularly popular, did t not ' supply a want and fill a place.' " Extract from tho General Board of Health, London, as to it» efficacy in Choloia:— "So sticngly convinced are we of tho immense value of this remedy, that we cannot too ibr» cibly urge the necessity of adopting it in all cases."
