Dr. Lowb, Medical Misaiooary in India, reports (December, 18G5) : — '• That in nearly every case of Cholera in which Dr. J. Colus Bbownm's Chlovodyne yrm administered, the patient reco^evel." ' Extract from the Medical Times, January 12, 1866 : — "Clorodyne is prescribed by scores of orthodox medical practitioners. Of course, it would not thus be singularly popular, did t not ' supply a want and fill a place.' " Extract from the G-eneral Board of Health, London, as to itu eliieacy in Choleia: — "So stiongly convinced are we of the immense value of this remedy, that we cannot too forcibly urge the necessity oi adopting it iv all cases." I'ewaro of spurious and dangerous compounds sold as " Chlorodyne," from which frequent fatal results have followed.
