The contractors bar- about 30 feet more to sink and rise to break thnv.igh on the stone from Iho lower to the upper level. The distance between thesa two levels is about 180 feet, and the lode fins maintained a good solid formation so far he the whole of the distance. Some bauds have recently been put on to work in the old Enterprise tunnel, and are now following a small vein of stone which was crossed about 250 feet from the mouth, the entire length of the drive being 500 feet. At the present time there is nothing of importance in eonnectijn with this work to mention. This tunnel will command about 125 feet of below the present main level.
