Selby's were all singles, but one cut for two. There were fivj wides and one bye. Another shower coming on play was stopped, to be resumed to-morrow at noon. Wellington bowling was pretty fair, there being several maiden overs for Armitage and Gaiwood, who bowled more than Cross. Gound was very wet. Attendance worse than previous day. Fielding of 22 was considered creditable.
