Caution.-* Vice-Chancellor Sir W.P.Weod stated that Pr Collis Bbowsb was undoubtedly the inventor of "CHLORODYNE ;" that the story of the defendant Freeman being the inventor was deliberately untrue, which he regretted bad been sworn to. Eminent Hospital Physicians of London stated that Dr J. Collis Bhowne was the discoverer of Chlorodyne; that they prescribed it largely, and mean no other than Dr Browne's.— See Timvs, of July 12, 1564.
