ANOTHER STRIKE “SETTLED.”

The Blackball miners struck. They wanted the abolition of the Dog Watch. The strike was “left in the hands of the Executive.”

The Dog Watch is not abolished. The miners have gone back and it is a victory from the “ point of view” of Federation leaders.
