The whole process of production is carried on by the workers. The ruling class do next to nothing, and they are but a small minority. The best that can be said of the best of them is that they have acted as organisers. Most of the necessary directive work is done by wage-slaves (foremen, etc.), who merely receive a little more of Labour’s product, in the form of wages, than the average worker. If the few capita lists who are credited with doing something useful were spirited away to-morrow they could be replaced a thousand times over with better men from the Working Class. Organise to end the wage system —get the Boss and his “ brains” off your back.
