ELECTION OF FIVE TRUSTEES Pursuant to Section 7 of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925 and Amendments thereto, and the Land Drainage Act, 1908 and Amendments thereto, I hereby give Notice that an Election will be held on Saturday, the 27th. May 1944 for the purpose of electing Trustees for each Subdivision of the Netherton Drainage Board as under:— Awaiti Subdivision. — Two Trustees. “H” Drain Subdivision. —Two Trustees. Northern Subdivision. —One Trustee. And I hereby appoint the residence of Mr F. T. V. Johnson, Wilson’s Road, Netherton, as the place and Monday the 15th. day of May 1944 (before noon) as the day for the nomination of Candidates for such Office.
