Public Notices OHINEMURI COUNTY k COUNCIL BY-LAWS Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council convened for that purpose and held on the 15th. day of March, 1944, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order making a By-law to repeal all By-laws existing in the County of Ohinemuri, and making a new By-law No. 1, the object and purport of the proposed By-law being:— Repeal; Interpretation and General; Standing Orders; Officers; Cattle Trespass; Bullock Teams; Traction Engines and Tractors; Bridges and Roads; Vehicles; Fire Prevention; Hawkers and Pedlars; Itinerant Traders; Buildings for Public Meetings; Billiard Rooms; Public Places and Nuisances; Buildings; Eating Houses; Offences; Drainage; Offensive Trades; Water Supply; Noxious Weeds; Structure a»d Cleansing of Privies; Wharves; Cemetery; Explosives and Magazine. This resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Paeroa, on Wednesday, May 17, 1944, at 1 p.m. A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the County Office, Belmont road, Paeroa, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours.
