Samoan Youths’ Education
Twelve Samoan youths and one European youth of mixed descent from the territory will be sent shortly to New Zealand to complete their education. the Samoan Adminisration assuming full financial responsibility for the scheme. Samoan leaders are at present considering plans to raise funds to assist, the youths, and a banquet has been held to open the campaign.
