Public Notice THAMES DISTRICT COUNCIL QF PRIMARY PRODUCTION. FERTILISER APPEALS FOR THE 1944-45 RATIONING SEASON. NOTICE is Hereby given that the Fertiliser Appeals Committees in the Auckland Province will deal with Appeals received, up to and including April 30, 1944. The basis on which Appeals will be received is as under:-— (1) From any Farmer who desires to obtain fertiliser for top-dressing purposes and who has no allocation of fertiliser at present. (2) From any Farmer who can show that by basing his fertiliser allocation on the two years ended May SI, 1941, he was unduly penalised. It should be dearly understood that any tonnage of fertiliser allocated by the Committee will not be available before July 1,1944, also that no appeal received after April 30, 1944, will be considered. Any Farmer within the Thames Primary Production Council’s area should address his appeal to:— The Chairman, Thames Fertiliser Committee, C/o. J. E. Green, Box 5, TURUA. J. E.
