Nurse Recruiting Week The nurse recruiting week recently held in Thames had stimulated quite a lot of interest among the younger people, the matron of the Thames Hospital, Miss L. M. Mission In Paeroa A further reminder is given of the inspirational and evangelistic mission, to be held in Paeroa next week, as advertised in the Gazette columns. Themes suited to the spiritual needs of the time have .been chosen by the missioner, the Rev. F. A. Thompson, who, on the evening of Anzac Day will speak of “Gallipoli in the JLight of Golgotha.” The mission is being conducted under the joint auspices of the Methodist, Presbyterian, Brethren and Salvation Army communion in Paeroa.
