DANCE AT NGATEA
VERY ENJOYABLE EVENING PATRIOTIC FUNDS AIDED There was a fair attendance of dancers at the regular monthly patriotic dance held in the Ngatea Public Hall on Monday night, April 3. The Ngatea Patriotic Committee had made every effort to provide a good evening’s entertainment and Herb. Walker’s orchestra from Thames supplied: popular music, both swing and old time. Miss Pat Johnson played an aftersupper extra. 'Winners of the Monte Carlo waltz competition proved to be Miss B. Osbaldiston and Mr T. Douglas. Mr E. R. 0. Sherlock was M.C.
