FIELDS FOR EASTER MEETING Good acceptances have been receivedl for the first day of the Auckland Racing Club’s Autumn Meeting at Ellerslie next Saturday and provision will have to be made for divisions in the President’s Handicap, the Onslow Stakes and the Eden Handicap owing to the fields exceeding the safety-limit. In the event of the divisions being necessary, the stake in the President’s Handicap will be raised to £l3OO (the winner of each division to receive £5OO, second £lOO and third £5O), the stake in the Onslow Stakes to £BOO (the winner of each division to receive £3OO, second £7O and third £3O), and the stake in the Eden Handicap to £BOO (the winner of each division to receive £3OO, second £7O and third £3O).
