FARM AT PATETONGA VENDOR’S PRICE SUSTAINED The first sitting of the South Auckland Land Sales Committee was held recently in Morrinsville. Mr A. Needham appeared for Mrs B. C. Woodyard, of Patetonga, on an application for consent to the sale to N. M. Campbell, a returned soldier of the present war, of a farm of 120 acres at Patetonga for £4213. The Crown’s value was £4016, but after dissection of the valuer’s budget the vendor's price was ultimately sustained and the sale approved.
