UNITED NATIONS RACE PAEROA HARRIER CLUB HANDICAPS FOR WEDNESDAY On Wednesday evening next the Paeroa Harrier Club will conduct another of its weekly sports meetings on the Paeroa Doihain. The meeting will commence’at 5.45 p.m. with the school children’s events. A special United Nations 440 yards will be the main attraction of the programme. 'lnvitations have been *. extended to representatives from America, China, England, New Zealand and the Maori race. There is a good deal of interest around: the event as the American competitors were class performers in America. The ladies’ and men’s relays will again be a feature of the evening.
