PARFITT OF 'PIPIROA The only name which had been received when nominations closed for the elective seat on the Auckland Land Board, held by a representative of Crown tenants, was that of the present. member, Mr Charles Walter Parfitt of Pipiroa, Hauraki Plains. As no election will now foe necessary, Mr Parfitt will remain a member of the board' until May 6, 1940, two after his present term expires.
