ACCIDENT WITH LAWN MOWER SMALL BOY AT MANGATARATA When Malcolm, the six-year-old son of Mr and Mrs F. R. Wilson, of Mangatarata was playing with the lawn-mower at his home last Saturday, the middle finger of his left hand was caught in. the blades and the end below the nail was taken off. First-aid was rendered by Mr S. Neal, who bandaged the finger back on. The child was taken to the Thames Hospital, where he will stay until it is known whether the fingei* will heal, dr if it will be necessary to amputate it.
