ANGLICAN GUILD

MEETING AT KEREPEEHI The Kerepeehi Anglican Guild held a meeting in the Kerepeehi Hall last week. Mrs Redwood presided over a fair attendance. Those present were Mesdames J. Redwood, E. (Booth, W. Thomson, G-. McGowan, Roberts, H. Taylor, A. Innis, P. Innis, H. Collins.

The meeting opened with a prayer. Final arrangements were made for the Paddy’s Market to be held shortly.

It was decided to hold a dance and cards in the evening, Mr P. G. Pearce being asked if he would run the cards for the evening.

The following ladies were appointed to take charge of the stalls on the afternoon :—Sewing, Mesdames (Redwood and A. Innis; produce, Mrs Roberts; toys and' flowers, Mesdames P. Innis and H. Taylor; cake stall, Mrs Candy; competitions, Miss A. Trembath; afternoon teas, Mesdames W. Thomson, Wentworth. A splendid array of gifts was handed: in by the members for the function. Two new members were elected to the guild.
