1MISS M. WAITE HONOURED
FUNCTION HELD IN AUCKLAND Sister P. Godkin recently entertained; a number of friends at her home, 14 Marino Garden Flats, Mt. Eden, to honour Miss Madge Waite, whose wedding to Corporal Mark Hume took place at All Saints’ Church, Ponsonby, on Saturday, September 4.
Games and competitions were enjoyed and many lovely'gifts were presented to Miss Waite.
A sumptuous afternoon tea was served by the hostess 1 . Mrs C. H. Waite of Hopai road, Ngatea, mother of the guest of honour, Mrs D. A. Waite and Mrs, Jack Waite, were Ngatea visitors who were able to attend.
