MR W. A. CLARK AT KOMATA — ; \ WELL ATTENDED MEETING Mr W. A. Clark the National candidate addressed a well-attended meeting held in the Komata Hall last Thursday afternoon. Mr W. F. Johnstone. presided. Mr Clark dealt with Land Settlement and matters of interest to farming- community generally. The speaker was accorded’ a hearty vote of thanks at the conclusion of the meeting. I INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE REV. R. DAY’S ACTIVITIES The Rev. R. Day, of Waihi, and late of the Middle East, who is the Independent candidate for the Thame* electorate, has Just completed a successful tour of the Whitianga-Tairua coast, where he received good hearings from electors.
