DENIED BROADCASTING

(To the Editor.)

Sir, —The decision to deprive th® Real Democracy Movement of the opportunity to broadcast is the negation of the inherent rights of every Briton and strikes at the very roots of our British and New Zealand Constitutions. Freedom of thought and expression within well-known prescribed limits phis the use of all amenities for the purpose of the Parliamentary election' are the things for which our forefathers have striven for centuries and should be preserved at all costs.

Apparently in collusion the two main, political parties of the day have decide dto repress free and independent opinion. Judging by the number, of candidates the Real Democracy Movement represents a considerable body of public opinion and are entitled without question to equal broadcasting facilities with those of the organised parties.—l am, etc., ELECTOR.
