OBITUARY
MR FREDERICK NGAPO SUDDEN DEATH IN HAMILTON 4 A well-known and highly-respected resident of Coromandel, Mr Frederick Ngapo, dropped dead last Saturday while on a visit to Hamilton. Mr Ngapo, who saw service during the 1914-18 war, his regimental number being 19850, is survived by three sons and a daughter. His wife predeceased him about a year ago. The • funeral which left Christ Church, Coromandel, took place on Tuesday, the Rev. Leef conducting the service. MRS SARAH REYNOLDS BORN AT COROMANDEL The daughter of very well-known pioneers throughout the Waihi, Waikato and Waitekauri districts, Mrs Sarah Jessie Belmore Reynolds, has died at Matamata at the age of 72. Mrs Reynolds was born at Coromandel and went with her husband, Mr F. G. Reynolds, to the Matamata district in 1916. Besides her husband, one daughter and three sons survive.
