Public Notices THE THAMES VALLEY ELECTRIC-pOWER ROARD FARM DAIRY WATER-HEAT-ERS TO BE METERED. (All subject to Dairy Produce Regulations, 1938.) NEW RATE for GENERAL FARM MOTORS, MILKING MOTORS & DAIRY WATERHEATERS. In terms of the Supply Control Emergency Regulations, 1939, authority is hereby given by the Price Tribunal that the following rates for electricity supply to General Motors, Milking Motors and Dairy Waterheaters shall apply forthwith, namely:— (1) Milking and General Farm Motors:-—3d gross,. 2£d nett per unit, as at present where no electric water-heater is installed and or in use. (2) In all electric milking shed with milking motor and separator or water-pump motor accessories of a combined H.P. of not less than | H.P. Water-heaters on C.O.Sw. with motor or motors to the capacity of 4 H.P. or bn T.Sw. control, all units to be measured by the present meters. The Rate per units shall be:— First 48 units per mth. at 3d gross, nett (a) Where 600 watt w/heater in use next 240 units per •mth. at l-3d nett per unit. (b) Where 750 watt w/heater in use next 270 units per mth. at l-3d nett per unit. (c) Where 1000 watt, w/heater in use next 348 units per mth. at l-3d nett per unit. (d) Where 1200 watt w/heater in use next 360 units per mth. at l-3d nett per unit. (e) Where 1400 watt w/heater in use next 375 units per mth. at l-3d nett per unit. Balance of units per month at Ijcl gross, Id nett. NOTE: Where wattage of element is not scheduled, the nearest schedule size shall be taken for allocation of l-3d units per month. (3) In an all electric milking shed, where water-heater is on

(a) Where 600 watt, w/heater in use next 240 units per mth. at l-3d nett. (b) where 750 watt. w.''heater in use next 300 units per mth. at l-3d nett. (c) Where 1000 watt w/heater in use next 400 units per mth. at l-3d nett. (d) Where 1200 watt w/heater in use next 480 units per mth. at l-3d nett. (e) Where 1400 watt w/heater in use next 560 units per mth. at l-3d nett. Balance of units per mth. at l J f d gross, Id nett.
