PLAINS POLICE STATION SITE PROMISE FROM MINISTER “The Minister in Charge of Police was interviewed and gave an understanding that he would make personal investigation before finally building the new police station at Kerepeehi,” reported the clerk, Mr E. A. Mahoney, the August meeting of the Haufaki Plains County Council, reporting on the recent visit he and the chairman, Mr C. W. Parfitt, had paid to Wellington.
