WEANERS AND STORES WANTED SOWS AGAIN EASE IN VALUE The. New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report that at their fortnightly sale held at Paeroa on Monday there was a good yarding of both fat and store pigs for this time of the year. In the fat class buttermilk and camp supply buyers were operating. Weaners and stores were in keen demand but sows with litters and close to farrowing again showed an easing tendency.

Choppers made from £2 10s to £4 10s; medium prime baconers. £4 10e to £4 15s; lighter, £4 to £4 8s; heavy porkers, £3 12s to £3 18s; medium, £3 to £3 7s; light, £2 12s to £3; large stores, £2 to £2 15s; slips, 80s to 38s; good weaners, 25s to 30s; others, 15s to 225; sows with litters, £4 to £6 10s; sews close to farrowing, £3 to £6.
