KITE,FLYING AND POWER LINES WARNING SENT TO SCHOOLS The danger of children flying kites near electric power lines was emphasised at a meeting of the Poverty Bav Electric-Power Board. Mr H. H. DeCosta, e who brought the matter up, pointed to two instances recently when kites became entangled in power lines, the board agreed to write to the headmasters of the town schools tasking them to warn their pupils of the danger.
