Communal Life in Palestine
In the communal life developed by the Zionist movement in Palestine, children, at the age of about three months, are transferred from the parental home and brought up together in a well-equipped, up-to-date institution run by a competent staff. Captain J. K. Palmer, N.Z.A.S.C., who had been a guest for a period in one of the communal centres, told the Dunedin Rotary Club in an address on “Communal Life in Palestine,” that the parents were permitted to see the children for a short period of each day
