Thoughtless Horsemen
Good luck and good driving on the pari;, of two motorists averted what appeared to be a serious accident on the Netherton road on Thursday evening. Heavy rain made visibility poor and when approaching each other both motorists kept well on to their correct side of the road. Just as the cars ' were about to pass the Paeroa motorist saw two horsemen riding abreast. He swung out and passed 'between the horsemen and the car.
