LADIES’ GOLF
ROSE BOWL POSTPONED MATCH PLAYED SATURDAY The Paeroa Ladies’ Golf Club have postponed the Rose Bowl match to be played to-morrow but the L.G.U. will be played, the draw being as follows: Mrs J. R. Kidd v. Mrs C. Lewis; Mrs L. Jones v. Mrs J. Old; Mrs E. Shaw v. Miss R. Dickson; Mrs G. Bain v. Mrs W. E. Westlake; Mrs A. Ripley v. Mrs Carroll; Mrs J. McAnally v. Mrs S. Oliver; Mrs E. Chisholm v. Mrs R. Nicol; Miss Buchanan v. Mrs Finlay; Mrs P. Jennings v. Mrs F. Thorp; Mrs H. Morgan v. Mrs Taylor; Miss Murray v. another; Mrs E. Fathers v. Mrs R. Carden; Miss M. Morgan v. Miss S. Scanlan; Miss Westlake v. Miss S. Silcock. In the fournball match played last Saturday the best score was returned by Mrs Finlay, 102-33-69. Other good scores were:—Mrs L. Jones, 88-17-71; Mrs A. Ripley, 86-14-72; Mrs G. Bain, 91-19-72; Mrs S. Oliver, 93-21-73; Miss R. Dickson, 98-23-75.
