HAVE YOU EVER TRIED THIS?
If the stew is too watery remove some of the liquid before- thickening and make some 'Savoury Rice for breakfast or lunch: Wash rice, boil it slowly in liquid till grains' have absorbed all moisture and serve with snippets of toast. For last minute lunch dish make the requisite liquid with one of the meat extracts.-
