Public Notice PUBLIC N °.T 1C E The Several Companies whose names appear below again draw public notice to the fact that their branded Bottles are never sold, but always remain the sole property of the Company whose name and brand appears thereon. The use of such Bottles by other persons is illegal. All such Bottles, when emptied of their original contents, must forthwith on demand be delivered either to the Company whose name and brand appears thereon, or to its Agent appointed in that behalf. Notice is hereby given that legal proceedings will be taken against anyone wrongfully using, dealing in, or retaining such Bottles. The Associated Bottlers Company, Ltd., Khyber Pass Road, Newmarket, Auckland, is the agent of the undersigned Companies for the collection in Auckland of their empty Branded Bottles. Brand. N.Z. The use of such Bottles by others than those authorised by the Company to do so is illegal. All such Bottles, when emptied of their original contents, must forthwith on demand be delivered either to the Company or to its agents appointed in that behalf.
