Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 54 of the Rating Act 1925 that it is the intention of the Hauraki United Drainage Board at a meeting to be held on Thursday the 19th. day of August 1943 at Turua Buildings, Turua, at 10.30 a.m. to make and levy under Section 31 of the “Land Drainage Act 1908” and Sections 3 and 4 of the “Land Drainage Amendment Act 1913,” a General Rate upon the Unimproved value and upon a graduated scale, according to the classification of all the lands within the Hauraki United Drainage District in the following proportions and Rates:— Upon all lands classified “A” 31id in the Pound. Upon all lands classified “B” in the Pound. All the above Rates to be foxthe period commencing on the Ist. day of April 1943 and ending on the 31st. March, 1944. arid payable to the clerk to the Board on the 6th. day of Septeriiber, 1943 at the Board’s Office, Turua. The Rate Book and Rating Roll are open for inspection ac the office of the Board during office hours.
