REBUILDING FUND
THAMES HOSPITAL BOARD CHAIRMAN’S SUGGESTION When the estimates were under review at the July meeting of the Thames Hospital Board, the chairmain, Mr <P. E. Brenan, considered it would be a good thing if the board made provision in each’ year’s levy for a small sum to be placed in a separate account as the nucleus of a building fund. “The amount contributed 'by each local body would be so little that the individual ratepayer would not feel it,” said the chairman.
