CATTLE SALE IN PAEROA GOOD HEIFERS' REALISE £l3 Messrs G. W. Vercoe and Co., held * their fortnightly stock sale in Paeroa on Monday, July 12, when a good: yarding came forward. The dairy heifers were an exceptionally good, line and met with keen competition,, making up to £l3. Quotations: — Fat cows, £6 6s to £8 17s 6d; heavy - boners, £3 15s to £4 8s; others, £2 5s to £3. Choice dairy heifers, £ll 15s to £l3; others, £9 10s to £ll ss; backward, £7 5s to £8 15s; dairy cows, £8 10s to £9 15s; calved heifers, £6 10s to £8 ss. Prime fat 265.
