Cheale pointed out that the representative -would require to be a business farmer. Cr. A. H. Sutton: What is a business farmer? Cr. C. W. Schultz: One who farms the farmer. It was very evident, said Cr. McMillan, that the Government did not have a set policy for rehabilitation.Cr. J. W. Neate agreed with Cr. McMillan.
