LADIES’ GOLF
BEST SCORE TO MRS G. BAIN OPEN DAY ON SATURDAY The best score in the L.G.U. and in the first round of the Rose Bowl played by the Ladies’ Golf Club, last Saturday, was returned by Mrs G. Bain, 91-20-71. Other good scores were: Mrs M. Carroll, 94-22-72; Mrs J. McAnally, 93-19-74; Mrs S. Oliver, 98-22-76; Mrs M. Shaw, 92-16-76; Miss R. Dickson, 99-23-76; Mrs M. Ripley, 91-14-77. To-morrow will be an open day when a draw will be made at the clubhouse at 1.15 p.m.
