GOODS SOLD WITHOUT COUPON CASE HEARD IN PAEROA COURT In the Paeroa Magistrate’s Court on Thursday the police proceeded against E. Robertson Bush on three charges of selling rationed goods otherwise than in accordance with the regulations, the appropriate number of coupons not being cancelled or surrendered. Mr B. Clendon represented accused and pleaded guilty., Detective-Sergeant W. R. Murray prosecuted. The magistrate reserved his decision, saying he wished to consult his colleagues' both on the question of conviction and penalty.
