Note.—The Vendor has spared no expense in establishing a tip-top herd. They have been heavily culled, and are in good condition, and showing well forward in calf. He has always culled heavily, and always replaced with the very best of heifers procurable, irrespective of price, so that the herds are now of excellent quality and are in good condition. Mr Gibbons is . putting a sharemilker with his own herd on No. 1 farm; and he is going to put sheep and grazing on No. 2 farm. The springing heifers are. exceptionally choice and this is a great opportunity for dairy farmers to acquire outstanding dairy stock.
