WOMEN’S DIVISION
DATE OF NEXT FLOWER SHOW
MEETING AT COROMANDEL
The monthly meeting of the Coromandel branch of the Women’s Divion of the Farmers’ Union, was held in the Catholic Schoolroom on Saturday, May 22. It was finally res'olved- that the show be held on September 18 and that necessary advertisements would appear later. Members were asked to bring any new suggestions for entries at the show to the next meeting in June when the schedule of entries would be discussed and settled.
The meeting closed with the singing of the National Anthem, after which afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mrs J. McNed and Mrs W. Evans.
