MOLASSES FOR STOCK
NEEDED FOR PIGS AND CATTLE MEDICINAL VALUE STRESSED The need for small quantities of molasses to .be made available-to farmers for pigs and cattle for medicinal purposes was stressed at the May meeting of the Thames District Council of Primary Production. It was resolved that the Minister of ■Supply be written to that it is a strong recommendation of this council' that molasses be made available to farmer's in small quantities for medicinal purposes for pigs and cattle which should be put up for preference in from one to four-gallon tins or be supplied through country storekeepers from bulk in small quantities to farmers bringing their own containers.
