DANCE AT NGATEA
PATRIOTIC FUNDS AIDED X-, AN ENJOYABLE EVENING There was a very good attendance of patrons at. the monthly Patriotic dance, which was held in the Ngatea Public Hall on Monday night last. The local Patriotic Committee spare no effort in their endeavours to make these functions enjoyable for all supporters, and the music supplied by Bert Kerby’s Collegians from Thames, is always popular. Extras were played by Miss D. Stitchbury, and Mr E. R. 0. Sherlock was M.C.
Monte Carlo waltz competitions were won by Miss' E. Moore and Mr Roy Bartley, and Miss Schwartz and Mr J. Dalgety.
