memorial cleaned up FINANCES IN HEALTHY STATE At the monthly meeting of the Coromandel branch of the R.S.A. a donation of £5 5s from the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union was received, and the committee carried a resolution expressing its appreciation of this splendid gesture of goodwill. The secretary reported that the names on the soldiers’ memorial had been regilded, the cost .of same having been donated 'by Mr C. P. Macindoe. Arrangements were left in the hands of the secretary to- have the concrete base, of the memorial painted. >

This being the last meeting befots the annual reunion, a draft of the balance-sheet was presented showing the funds of the branch .to be in a healthy state.
