In our issue of Monday, April 5, in reporting a sitting of the Industrial Man-Power Appeal Committee at Waihi, the actual decision in the appeal of C. R. Brooks, a youth employed by the Martha Gold Mining Company, was omitted. This appeal was dismissed.
