WANTED TO SLEEP OUT
CHILDREN FROM CAMBRIDGE RIVER BANK IN HAMILTON Arriving in Hamilton from Cambridge by bus one Saturday night, (two children, a sister and brother, aged ten and nine brought with them a tent, fly and sleeping clothes and erected the tent on the Ferry Bank. The children were preparing to spend the night sleeping out when the police were informed and the children removed to the Child) Welfare Department Home. Later they were returned to Cambridge.
