FAREWELL AT MATATOKI KAPA MAORI ON STATE FARM Mr E. C. Delves, who has been foreman of the State Agricultural Farm at Matatoki since its inception, hag now been transferred to the Department of Agriculture’s Animal Research Station at Ruakura, Hamilton. During his stay at Matatoki, Mr 'Delves held the respect of his staff of land girls and workers and also his neighbours. Earlier this week a kapa Maori was held at the farm to farewell Mr and Mrs Delves. AU farm workers and neighbours were present, also the new instructor in agriculture for Thames, Mr A. Allo.
