KEREPEEHI. SCHOOL DENTAL TREATMENT. Miss L. C. Ellis, school dental officer, arrived in Kerepeehi on Friday last from Patetonga, and for the next fortnight will be treating the children of the local school. She will then move on to Ngatea to treat the children of the rest of the Hauraki Plains. OLD-TIME SOCIAL. A very pleasant “old-time” social was held in the Kerepeehi Hall on Thursday evening, when Mesdames P. Pearson and H. Hoff enteretained about 60 residents of the district. There was old-time dancing to music by Mrs Rogers, Miss Rogers, Mr A. E. Ludlow, and Mr J. Nicholson (accordion), as well as games and cards. A euchre tournament was won by Mesdames Northcote and Boswell and Messrs R. Carr and L. Hickson. The thanks of those present to their hostesses was expressed by Mr A. E. Ludlow.
