The security for the said Memorandum of Mortgage Number 133080 is all that piece of land containing by admeasurement 12.7 perches more or less, being Section 11 of Block I of the Town of Paeroa, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title registered in Volume 208 folio 135 of the Register Book at Auckland and is subject to a prior mortgage registered as aforesaid under Number 133079 securing a balance of £2Ol 19s 6d. The buildings on the said land which is situated in Normanby Road, Paeroa, comprise sound and well built office premises in wood of six rooms and large concrete strong-room. The mortgagee’s application containing his estimate of the value of the said Memorandum of Mortgage Number 133080 may be seen at the office of the said Registrar at all reasonable times prior to the sale, and a copy may be seen at the Saleyards at the time of the sale without payment of any fee.
