MILITARY NOTES.

THE HAURAKI REGIMENT. Annual Camp. The annual camp of the battalion will be held at Paeroa this training year. Officers, n.c.o.’s, and trainees from isolated centres will assemble on February 12, and the remaining trainees on February 15. The camp will break up on February 22, The Colours. The new Colours presented to the battalion by the Paeroa Returned Soldiers will be formally presented on Thursday, February 20. On that day the ceremony of Trooping the Colours will be performed by the battalion. APPOINTMENTS. The following changes of appointment, caused through reorganisation, have been promulgated :— Hearquarters Wing. No. 1 Group.—Commanding officer, Lieut.-Colonel F.
